Walked all the way to the south (?) end of town on a hunch that this restaurant would be different from those clustered in central Pedasi... Service was very attentive: got a glasss and pitcher of ice-water (without asking), large frosted glass to go with my ice-cold Balboa, and a large saucer of sliced lemons (my request was "limons"--limes) to go with the cerveza. Camerones criolla (shrimp creole) with fried plantains was good; portion was perfect for my appetite though plate was not over-filled.
Prices in this town considerably higher than 9 years back (my last visit), but well-made meal and 2 cervezas set me back only about half the cost in Panama City franchise eateries. Food prepared quickly, but well, with service to match.
