Not a bad experience but be aware the hotel and swimming pool are under construction. We knew about the hotel but not the pool! Good location for tourist things to do. The concierge was wonderful with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. We were disappointed that our room was not cleaned everyday we were there.

Our stay started off with them putting my husband & I in a room that smelled of mold and mildew. After we reported it, they quickly found us another room that met our satisfaction. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the usual. Nothing too fancy. We were downtown walking distance to Canal St, Bourbon St & Harrahs casino. We will stay at LaQuinta when in NOLA again.

Overall, our stay was nice, the breakfast in the morning was good, please dont wait until 830am to go down, you'll miss out! lol limited hot foods. Oh, when I say pet friendly, I mean pet friendly, if you dont like animals, this is not the place for you to stay, lots of pets around (smile) location is good, 2 block from Canal, easy to get around Nola'

They should have warned guests that the hotel was still under renovation and they certainly should not have been charging the inflated rate they did for it. I came for the largest musical festival in the country, so of course the hotel was marked up and fully booked. Yet, the building was an eye sore, we had to walk through construction scaffolding, only one elevator worked, the printer didnt print from the computer in the

This hotel has a good location and very nice accomodations. The staff is poorly trained in customer service. Southern hospitality was not shown at all. I was there for a week and you could see this at every shift.
