Felix's has been serving great oysters at it's original location in the Quarter for at least 60 years and a recent visit proved they are still among the best, opening great oysters, providing great service as well as offering many other New Orleans culinary favorites. The Gumbo was right on. The poboys were great You can get a small plate of fried without sides to top off a raw platter. Salads were fresh and well done plus the shrimp and oyster adds were cooked just right.
Their newly renovated and opened space opening directly on Bourbon Street is fabulous.
Felix's is still simply charming.
