We love cajun food and chose Crescent City Cooks bc we saw in their reviews that they use Slap Ya Mama seasoning. We took our 10 and 8 year old with us to the demonstration class. Our chef was so entertaining and shared personal stories including a history lesson on New Orleans. She made class very interactive. We will definitely g back for a hands-on class next trip. Wonderful experience and the food was incredible!
We took regular class (not hands on class). We really had an awesome experience & tasted wonderful southern creole cuisine. Our chef & her helper were great. Our chef grew up in deep south & had great stories along with her expert tips on cooking our delicious recipes !! When we come back we will be taking another class or 2 ?! A 5 Star class/experience in my book !! Great job :))
The demonstration class with Lynn was so much fun! She made us laugh, shared lots of hints, and cooked one delicious meal! I would definitely do another cooking class here!

Outstanding class. Enjoyed every minute of it. Ann is great and provides detail instruction. We have been to this class each year for the last 4-5 years when there for Mardi Gras. Great fun and learning. Highly recommend
We had a blast making BBQ shrimp and Gumbo. Learned a few things two. Our host was fantastic. Lots of knowledge of Cajun and creole but totally real and down to earth. Would totally do this again.
Our group of spouses and guests of attendees of a meeting had a wonderful time learning to make our wonderful New Orleans-style lunch of vegetarian and non-veg jambalaya as well as crawfish étouffée, and bananas foster for dessert! Coordinating our private class with the staff was more than pleasant, as they were always available, helpful, and communicative in the weeks leading up to and during our visit. Would definitely do it again! Thanks for a great experience!
