Went there because of recommendation. The ambience is modern and nice but sushi is something else. I even spoke to the owner and decided on chirashi. Owner chef even added a touch of ikura but it didn’t make up for the rice. Sushi rice was not done correctly. It wasn’t properly cooked and vinegar was not done properly. Some of the sashimi was o.k. but I think all need to understand what sushi is all about. Perhaps I should have stuck to California roll.
