Felt quite unsafe as a young adult female. Door locks were a little dodgy and I didn't trust them. I didn't want to use the shower or bath as they weren't very clean. Pools were very dirty and the public toilets near the pool were also very unpleasant.

rooms are big and very clean staff are great from the gardeners,cleaners,drivers[susila nyoman]was fantastic and a great driver he was very friendly and drove really well,had a great time with the food was fantastic.

Great staff, although Hotel a bit old and tired. Cheap and cheerful. Would stay again. Bar staff great fun and roof top pool was clean and refreshing. Aircon in room broken and when I told staff they said they would fix, but still not working properly after they fixed it.

We have recommended this Hotel to our friends due to its location then we decided to stay ourselves, we booked a garden view room on the ground floor, staff, room, buffet breakfast all were fantastic, must mention the young man that serviced our room Ketut Darmada who kept our room spotless, our stay was 2 weeks we have stayed at many hotels in Bali over the last 30 years and this one goes to the top with a few others for Value For Money and location

We stayed here for a few days at the end of March. After being in transit for a while all we wanted was a shower and a sleep, as we arrived early we were unable to checkin but we had access to the swimming pool which was at first refreshing but on closer inspection there were broken tiles and very slimy stairs and a lot of undetermined floaters in the pool. When we did get into our room the first thing I headed for was the shower. Unfortunately for me the shower screen was not actually attached to anything and it fell on my leg, luckily it didn’t break my leg or cut me but I had pretty bad bruising. With a bit of persuading they moved us to another room which was apparently an upgrade. They did take me to a dr and they were very friendly, but they did ask me if I had pushed the shower screen and if I had travel insurance. And also the balcony railing was very lose. So please if you decide to stay here please make sure that you check everything for your own safety. And when they tried to lift the glass it exploded into a million pieces.
