We learned that you and your family stayed in October at one of our family rooms and please be informed that we have been fully booked by couples, families, and groups at the time of your stay. With a bigger number of rooms in Padma Resort Legian, the crowd of guests is definitely not the same as in Padma Resort Ubud and we take your feedback constructively.
Providing a restful sleep for our guests is our priority and we apologise that this was not your experience. Rest assured that we continuously focus on keeping our rooms in the best condition and we will look into a long-term solution for our Family Rooms to be implemented in the future upgrade plans.
Your feedback about the breakfast ambiance is appreciated. For our guests’ comfort, we have provided a guide on the breakfast rush hour that can help the guests choose the best time to enjoy their breakfast. The busy time is usually from 8.30 AM – 9.30 AM so for a leisurely breakfast we usually suggest the guests come around 6.30 AM – 8 AM or from 10 AM – 10.30 AM. Besides, we have added more breakfast venues and designated children’s seating areas to improve the breakfast experience of our guests. Nonetheless, we will perform an immediate evaluation and do our utmost best to ensure all guests are equally satisfied.
