Short story, I booked a 100% refundable stay for Feb 2020. COVID hit, I sent a cancellation request and never heard back, I send an additional 6 separate emails to different emails and two phone calls with ZERO communication in return.
I understand COVID caused chaos but 7 months later AND they are taking reservations now. So I know they are back in business.
Just sad they would take advantage of travelers, and I had planed on rescheduling our tip and will but clearly will not stay there.
