Great location with ocean views. Friendly staff. Ambience above average. Extensive menu, a little over the usual, but definitely worth it. The food is delish, the vegies largely organic and fresh. Coffee was excellent. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst in amed and booked the garden terrace with ocean view. The view was incredible overlooking the Indian ocean from the pool. The place was clean and well looked after. My only issue with the room was the shower which felt slightly grotty and need of a revamp! Food was nice and staff very friendly and professional. We hired scooters and the guys showed us how to use them. Amed is a great place and I would stay at blue moon again

We stayed 3 nights at the Blue Moon, and enjoyed every moment of it. The view on the sea from the room was just amazing. We were a family of 4 and stayed in 2 penthouse rooms - this was perfect because we had a small terrasse between the 2 rooms. We enjoyed the swimming pool every day which was really quiet - we were often alone. Snorkeling spots are really close by and you can rent equipment at the hôtel. The restaurant is really nice, cool ambiance and good food. The people are really kind and care for the guests. It is indeed a bit noisy with the roosters and other animals around but we believe that this is part of a real Bali experience!
