On Agoda one can read that there is a fitness center, massage and bicycle on site, but none of this is true. Expect a very nice bungalow, clean and well maintained, good AC, no TV and no fridge in the room. The garden is spacious with a nice pool, bungalows are not too near each others and the location is near the beach. Breakfast is copious if you order nasi goreng, fruit plate and coffee. The place is great, just disappointed about the facilities, I booked it because of the gym.

Bungalow is very simple, no fridge, tv, kettle etc. Clean enough. Very good wifi, best in Bali! Location near Lipah beach, but far from everything else. Pool was disgustingly filthy, there was microfilm everywhere (slimy bacterial layer). Staff wasnt good either.
Warung was poor, but very cheap. Ordered tuna - got mahi mahi as a "tuna". Breakfast is toast without butter and juice/fruite, very poor.

We stayed only one night at this resort. Staff was ok, room was clean and spacious, with air-con, no mini-fridge. The shower had no pressure and there were a lot of mosquitos inside and outside ( a mosquito net would have been very useful ). Very simple breakfast. Close to the beach.
We didn't stay in the resort, so we cannot comment on the facilities, but we ate here a couple of times during our stay in Amed. The food was nice and well priced. The staff were great. It was the better of the handful of Warungs to eat from. The free wifi worked as slow and as patchy as everywhere else in Amed.
This place was good value for money with a nice clean room and friendly attentive staff.
Facilities were a bit basic and lack of mosquito net was a slight issue but this was generally made up for by the pretty grounds, pool and a good complimentary breakfast.
I would warn that it is a long way from Amed and certainly not walking distance so get a bike if you plan to make the journey.
A peaceful place in Amed, Very convenient base for diving, snorkeling, fishing and just being! :) Magical sunsets! Friendly stuff, good wi-fi, away from the noise of the road. A few authentic places to enjoy local cuisine nearby. Breakfast can be better! Will be back! :)
