Good price , very good services. Stayed 11 nights, rooms are clean. Nice swimming pool, privat access to beach. very good and cheap foods in restaurant. Staff very friendly. We felt very good in this hotel

This place has so much potential it leaves you feeling so dissapointed.
Let's start with the grounds. The decent to the beach front Villa nearly killed the young staff showing us the Villa. Pool is murky and had to be closed due to bacteria levels. Pool side chairs have you looking over weeds coming up through cracked concrete. Staff everywhere doing nothing to rectify these issues just sitting around in the shade.
The Villa bath tap fell to bits, reported they came and said "you don't want this do you" shower fell apart. Vanity unit falling apart. Toilet stops flushing. Now let's talk about staff. Everytime they see you they try to sell you something. They don't let up. It is far from relaxing. To top it off I caught them out going through my bags. The Two men who did this are known to be doing it and still work there. The girl on reception was lovely and so embarrassed about their dishonesty. There are many lovely places to stay in Amed don't go to this one
Let’s be clear, this is NOT a super premium hotel, however, value for money... this place is great!
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the room had AC, but... there was at times a dreadful smell from the bathroom (which was very clean) - Room #10. I believe that the drains were emitting gases. This is quite unfortunate but again, for the price... really not bad.
IMPORTANT to note that this property is on a cliff making for lovely views from the rooms, however, it also means lots of stairs and would be an issue for anyone with mobility limitations.
easy check-in even @ night, on spot room upgrade possible (upon availability), quiet area, big rooms, rent motorbike for good price from the hotel directly. card payment possible (but with 3% surcharge)
changed the room 3 times (that not a big deal as it was for upgrading the stay) but not in 1 of the rooms was a fully functional shower. many holes of the shower heads were blocked due to insufficient cleaning, the faucet of the bath tub was falling apart, the toilet bowl was moving... in 1 room i fixed the drawer inside the wardrobe myself

We just spent a Fab weekend here. Room was basic but clean.we loved the pool and having great snorkeling right there was such a blessing not to mention being able to order drinks by the pool. Highly recommend. Great price too.
The photo of the person who searched our bags at One Double Villas Amed II. He was called to fix leaking sewage.
When we left our room for breakfast, he was not in the room. We locked the door and went away. Luckily my partner had forgotten something and returned to the room, just to find out this person searching our bags. His name, I was told, is Badam Made.The owner was at the theif's side.
