This was my second stay in this hotel, but the first since Radisson took over this brand. This is definitely the best hotel in Kota.
The front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and room service staff are all excellent. Very polite, smiling and willing to help.
The room is above average size. It has good lighting. The washroom is small, but adequate and clean. Toiletries are provided and the towels were also very clean.
The food quality is excellent and the food is also reasonably priced (definitely expensive, but not as per Radisson standards). There’s a mall across the road with plenty of eating joints.
The breakfast menu is limited, but quite good. No complaints here either.
Definitely a hotel where I will be visiting again.

Sleeping mattress should be more rigid.
The staff should be more welcoming
The gym should be more spacious and should have TELEVISION SET.

1. Hard mattress could be requested from house keeping or reception.
2. Staff is always welcoming. Its our duty. We regret in case at any point you felt unwelcome.
3. Its not possible to increase the size of gym but one can do full body exercise with the range of equipment that we have. Infact there is a Battle Rope also installed lately. Secondly there is an LED TV duly installed in gym which plays just health & exercise videos which are best suited for that area. Also there is music system which plays music in gym.
4. Membership points detail duly comes on the mail id given by you at the time of enrollment. In case you are not getting any update please write a email to them to update your mail id and you will start getting regular updates.
One of the best hotel in kota.this hotel looks much better than some surrounding places with amazing hospitality, clean comfortable bed and very good staff who are polite efficient and most helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to all.
