I would rate Surya Prime better than Surya Royal The deluxe and executive room size were all the same. The soap dispenser was not working properly and housekeeping just topped up dispenser saying now it wil dispense soap. The dish set up box services were discontinued due to balance exhaust and another set up bos was replaced. The rooms were smelly and no room freshner was sprayed before guest check in. We extended our stay in which executive room was booked and after requesting front desk, it was changed to Premier room which has wall mirror broken. The sofa corner cloth was cut, the room table where someone can sit and eat was too small.
Over all, Services at Royal missed it's name of being Royal.

Surya Royal offers the best of the food at affordable rates.
Staff is courteous.
Owner often visits the Restaurant during evening hrs and interact with guests.
Rooms are neat and clean.
If visiting Kota, one may opt to stay at Surya Royal.

It was a good stay clean and quick service staff is supported food is expensive.
Arrangement of driver stay is very bad it is like treating an important person like a slave.
Driver sleeping arrangement should be improved
