Been to Lonavla for the first time, with no idea of where to accommodate ourselves have finally decided to get booking done at Crystal Resort which stays one among 5 hotels here in Lonavla, that are managed by Quality Group Meritas.
Located very near to railway station, just about 5 Minutes it would take to get here. MCR is quite easily visible and situated amidst hilly area surrounded by lush greenery all around.
We were welcomed by polite and friendly staff at reception within contemporary lobby, mesmerising indeed it was. We were offered early check-in as promised within stipulated amount of time, though actual check-in was at 1pm.
It has whole lot of stuff in offer, in house restaurant - Bombay Gourmet, exotic and vibrant corridors over looking picturesque environment, a game zone, swimming pool with serene views all around etc.
With great breakfast buffet, clean rooms, helpful and friendly hotel staff our stay stood unique and pleasant that would all in all make it memorable.

We were planning for lonawala trip when it was long weekend, fortunately we got this resort for 1 night availability on Sunday. Since resort is main road it's easy to travel here. Once reaching resort you have to park your vehicle at the entry area and later hotel staff will park it to other parking.
Since it was long weekend we have to wait for few hours for check in but it was acceptable as we reached before our check in time. One suggestion to resort is they can provide welcome drink to guest it will help them to relax and cool.
Till we get the room keys we visited whole resort. They have cool stairs on the way to game zone and pool. You can take some beautiful snaps there. Also besides that you will find small dining area where you can enjoy candel light dinner at the evening.
The game zone is also amazing, it have all the games which every resort have like carrom, table tennis, chess, Ludo and snooker. You can enjoy the games with your family.
Till the time we got room keys and we settled in our room. We booked normal delux room without breakfast. Room was very big than what we expected with more than basic facilities. In room you get one wardrobe, tv set, tea maker and fridge. Also they have one chair and table set up if you want to do some work. Room was very clean and well maintained. In the washroom you get toothpaste with brush and sanitary pad bag. Also they have kept hair dryer as well.

The stay was pretty good and the amenities were pretty enjoyable. The room was clean and hygienic as well as the services were on point. The staff was disciplined and polite, specifically Ms. Archana Misal.

We have arranged our annual meeting & it went well, Hotel management is flexible & cooperative, the entire staff was courteous. The only scope where chance of improvement is the swimming pool, this could have been cleaner than it is.
