We just visited citrus hotel lonavala from 28 to 30 Dec 2021. We had very good experience with citrus hotel. Food was excellent . Complimentary breakfast was also excellent . Staff was very co operative and helping . Rooms were clean and neat. All the spots (attraction) were very well accessible from location.
Only cons was there is not much outside view from hotel rooms.but apart from this I recommend this hotel very much. We enjoyed staying for 2nights.More

We have group gathering after 2 years, it was amazing experience. Staff was so good, hospitality was matching 5 start property. Food was very delicious, one will surely over eat. We have Karaoke on Saturday evening, solo singer Rahul Sonawale, all old songs, super duper. Rooms are good, pool area was good, kids played crickets, football and other games.
Overall 100% BEST BEST BEST.
No second thought if one wants to have group party, go ahead.

Firstly it's located at a very convenient place, away from the market noise but still just a 5 minute walk away from the market and station. The room I had was just above the reception area and possibly the best view available. Rooms are well maintained and have proper amenities that work. Most channels on the Set Top Box worked including English ones and premium sport channels as well(frequent travellers will know why this matters) My package included breakfast and a meal for which we chose dinner simply because it's really beautiful open restaurant with the lights and trees done up so well. There was no item on the buffet on both days that disappointed us. Full marks for the quality of food. Did not expect this quality from a buffet. The service is prompt and proactive and no one we came across was not willing to help at any time. My baby bit her lip and had some bleeding so I rushed to the restaurant for some ice cream that could help relieve the pain and they helped without even blinking. I must mention Gaurav who was always attentive to us despite a much bigger group also being present at the venue which shows that they treat all customers well and not just for bigger groups that generate higher revenues for them. I will remember this place more for the service than the food despite the fact that the food was way too good.
But...
We were told that the left over food is disposed off. It is none of my business, could be something about any past negative experience of the owner due to which they have such a policy. If I had not heard this I would have rated 5 stars. I would like the team at Citrus to please consider giving away the left over food to any support groups that could have them given to people in need. Food this good should not be thrown or wasted.
Overall I loved every minute we spent there and will I go back?

As per your feedback with regards to the left over food to be offered to support groups, we would like to bring to your notice that as per the industry standard perishable food to be consumed with in 03 hours if not the same would be harmful, as per our CSR Activity we do provide freshly food two months once.

We had booked the entire hotel for a 2-day wedding ceremony and it was THE BEST decision we ever made. Hotel Citrus made all our arrangements perfectly. All our guests (roughly about 200) were soo soo happy with the venue, service, food, arrangements and just everything!! As a host family, we couldn't be any happier.
The entire hotel staff is so very sweet, cordial & cooperative. There was literally nothing that they said No to. Any little thing that we needed, and they always provided it. Special mention for the GM Mr. Suresh Iyer who always makes sure his guests get the best service & experience staying at Citrus.
This venue gave us some of the best memories which all of us will be cherishing for a lifetime.
I will totally recommend this venue to whoever that is planning to visit Lonavala. It's located also perfectly..it's not too inside. Lonavala station, expressway and market is all about 10 mins away from this hotel. 10/5 stars from me for this hotel.

My stay at citrus hotel was quite good. Couple of things I would like the hotel to improve too.
Best :
Location, easily accessible to the main market but was at a location you would want to stay little away from crowd.
Rooms, maintained and clean.. one problem was the quality of bedsheet and quilt.
Food, best food i atill cant get over the schezwan chicken fried rice, hakka noodles ane chicken club sandwich. The breakfast was yum and my daughter enjoyed the pancakes too.
Value for money, this is the best part
Staff was welcoming and would be accessible to all our needs
All in all a perfwct stay for our family and we enjoyed. I can say this because most of the time we were in our rooms.
