a naturally beautiful place at the river mouth of andhakaranazhi....but the structures built in front of that place by the authorities is of no use for travellers. toilets are terrible and public utilities are never taken care. a few local shops serves cold drinks and some snacks

A small beach , less crowded , nice to spend time with family and enjoy the waves. Its comparatively clean.
Police and coast guards would be there to watch the visitors ,as the waves are unpredictable sometimes.
Could not spend more time when we visited last week ,would like to go again and explore more.

This beach is located off the Kochi-Aleppey Rd. It's equidistant from both the cities. The beach is less crowded compared to Aleppey beach

It's an average beach to spend some time during evening looking at the sunset as well as the waves which gives you a soothing feeling to mind as well as body.. Not that attractive for bathing but one certainly wet your legs for a feel of the beach..Overall it's a one time visit

An auto rickshaw driver took us to this place. Lovely, virgin beach. Recommend as a must see beach..
