We came here 2 days back and we were mesmerized by the breathtaking beauty of this hotel. Its a beautiful hotel located exactly on the back waters of Alleppey. We got heavenly view of the back waters directly from our room.
Mr.Mahesh and his team were excellent..we were four of us ..they have accommodated all our special requests with smile and gave memorable experience for all of us. great hospitality great food. food and beverage manger sonu and his team made awesome local dishes. Front office and his team were superb..ever smiling staff...rooms were clean....value for money...Good rooms great view.. swimming pool is the USP of the hotel .. over all fantastic experience...will definitely visit again

Stayed here for 2 nights. Breakfast was good,dinner was hit and miss. Rooms are spacious but the balcony is dusty and grubby,could do with some cleaning and sprucing up. One of the rooms didn't have hot water in the shower or sink, asked the staff and they said hot water was not available in that room! Staff were friendly at the restaurant and spa. However some of the staff were very pushy for tips, I'm not going to say who, as I don't want them to get in trouble but they went as far as asking to see our money. Service from reception staff also left a lot to be desired,one of the room keys was not working and we had to follow up with reception multiple times and wait an hour before the issue was fixed. WiFi was terrible. keeps disconnecting and was disconnected all morning on my last day. There was dog barking at night which interrupted my sleep I don't know where this dog was so not sure if the hotel could've done anything about it. I wouldn't be in a rush to return however given the overall experience.
First the good points, the executive chef will give you the best kerala specialities in fish, chicken and vegetables, one of his team member chef Abhijith makes excellent south indian specialities in breakfast and in A la Carte, Abin is outstanding in service, now the suggestion for improvement, front office does not welcome as they should, some attitude issues, very dull environment in front office, no smiles, also the water pressure in our room, it was abysmally low, maintenance could not fix the issue not the management , casual approach
Beautiful location that is serene and private. Options for Cycling and Fishing available that is complimentary. Great views from all rooms
Food at the restaurant was really great. Breakfast Buffet was also standardised good food.
