We stayed here for 9 nights what an amazing relaxing time in well spaced out cottages with balcony and hammock. All the staff from housekeeping, gardening to management were full of smiles and ready to help make our stay as memorable as possible in any way. In the restaurant the food was cooked to your taste and Bibbin the restaurant manager was always on hand to ensure all was ok and Shumesh ready to explain dishes and assist you in any way. There is also an amazing buffet menu. We went on one of the two houseboats belonging to Abad on the backwaters one of which is a one bedroom and the other has three bedrooms with jacuzzi bath both well equipped which was a most fascinating experience. Food is provided and again cooked to your preference with the chef and captain eager to assist and point out anything of interest. You can also spend from one to several nights on board. The resort itself has beautiful grounds and veg garden where a lot of the restaurants fresh produce comes from which are all well maintained and the spa is a must for relaxing massage. The pool is very welcoming with towels, loungers and parasols. The resort manager Sreejith Chandra was always available and made a point of caring and checking to make sure everything was ok.
And then there were the two shining stars Anu and Megan guest relations who were readily available to answer any questions and go the extra mile to help with any requests we had.
Would we return to this resort that’s easily answered as you are made to feel part of a family so that’s a big fat YES from us. More
