Visited this hotel recently during our trip around Kerala. The hotel had a very nice holiday vibe to it, pleasant welcome, accommodating and helpful staff & huge clean rooms. Check in and check out was convenient. Wifi was very strong 9n the 1st day when the hotwl.was mostly empty but it became much slower the next day when the hotel was filled to its capacity but not a problem as we were here on a vacation and did not have any work meetings online to attend to. Also please note that this hotel does not have a bar and the nearest international standard bar is at the Ramada which is about 20 minutes away ( wasn't a problem for us but worth noting). We had all of our meals at the hotel restaurant and every dish for all of our meals were delicious,fresh, authentic and well priced. Missing the food there already! Specially grateful to the Dining Manager Abin, the chef and his team for the excellent hospitality during our stay and introducing us to delightful Kerala dishes while catering to our pallets. Also a big thank you the Guest Reception staff Ms. Joyce & team for your excellent care. There were only 2 downsides one might consider
1. The Ayurvedic spa rooms could have more ventilation
2. The expertise of the massuesu could be improved on
All in it was a wonderful experience at the Lake Canopy.More
