The hotel is sparkling clean with new everything. The service is delightfully helpful. You can book transport, have laundry done, arrange for a tuk tuk... The tuk tuk is important as, aside from eating at the Crab Market, there's not much to do here that you can walk to.

The hotel is super clean, air conditioned and conveniently located right next to the crab market. The owner is really lovely and accommodating and I loved that the shower is not over the toilet. I recommend this hotel for a cheap stay.

I have stayed there a few times and it is my favorite guest house in Kep. Why you may ask? Well first it is 50 meters from the crab market, where they sell fresh crabs of course and cook them for you on the spot if you wish, and for a small fee of 50 cents only. Plus they also sell sting ray, fishes, skids of all sizes, shrimps, etc.. Plus bbq chicken, etc.. The guest house is new and clean, and cheap. We paid only 23 USD for a room with 2 big beds w attached bathroom, view on the sea, and stayed 3 adults and 2 kiddos. The garden is very big and is specially set for picnics. Tables with chairs, in private areas, with a sink, a trash can, etc.. we brought out BBQ set and charcoal and bought our skid from the market and cooked our meals each day in the garden and ate in one of the picnic areas right by the sea. The owner is always present and makes sure everything is going well and he is very accommodating would any need arise. So I strongly recommend it for mid range budget travelers with children like us, .

Room Tip: Facing the sea is always best.

As a foreigner living in Cambodia, we go there regularly.
It is not the nicest hotel of the place, but people are friendly, rooms are clean, mattress are really comfortable, you ve got a tv , fridge, ... .
The location is one of the most convenient as you can easily almost do everything at walking distance.
And the prices are more than reasonable.

Room Tip: For only a few dollars more, choose the rooms at the first floor, the side with the sea view.

i spent one night at this place on my way to cross the borders with vietnam the next morning.
rooms are clean and location is good but normally for 25 dollars in cambodia you get much better places .
when i asked reception about crossing the borders with vietnam he immediately said he could sell me a package for 36 dollars per person to go in the afternoon in a van and then on a bus all the way to saigon.
in the end we hired a tuck tuck to take us across the border for 20 dollars. it was an amazing experience as we took it at 6 am, there was nobody on the street and it was so emotional to see so much nature so early in the morning. it was great getting t the borders early and getting a nice bus in ha tien to saigon.
anyway, the hotel..... on the only night that was there they were having a wedding party in the building opposite to the hotel. it was soooo loud that it felt that the walls were shaking. i went downstairs as it was nearly midnight and i was told that there was nothing they could do about it. i guess we were just a bit unlucky that night.
cambodia is an amazing country so this was a minor thing really.
