The bungalows are lovely and look great from the outside but on entering we realised they were extremely small and impractical. There was nowhere for us to put our cases as the bed filled the room. The socket for the kettle was above the headboard and the shower only gives out cold water.

The view of the river is lovely and nice to sit out on whilst enjoying a drink from the bar. Food is limited so don’t get your hopes up and Kampot old market town is a short tuk tuk drive away.

Having said all that, we had a lovely time. The staff were young but extremely helpful and welcoming.
I would stay again just with less luggage.

Very nice location! Directly on the river, beautiful view when you wake up in the morning! Nice bungalow, maybe a bit old! Breakfast good but limited! AC worked well!
They use definitly too much fabric softener!! The towels weren‘t absorbent at all...
Bedding had strains and holes... after one night the bathroom was smelling... mosquito net was to small for the bed, but they were no mosquitos during our stay! Staff spoke poor english

We highly recommend Jack as tuktuk driver!! So friendly and gave us a lot of information during our very nice day tour! Good english! Rice fields, salt fields, pepper farm, crab market,... 25$ for the hole day: jackkampottuktuk@gmail.com

We knew that the fan rooms don't come with hot shower but since the place was all booked up, we didn't have much choice. Unfortunately it was raining like crazy all throughout our time there, so not only was the water freezing but also their bathroom is partially open and kept getting rainwater in... Despite the property being really gorgeous, we had to leave after a night since the rain wasn't gonna stop. Also the rooms are just a bit too tiny than expected - there is hardly any space after keeping two backpacks, while the bed is gigantic and eats up most of the room. The management was nice enough to let us cancel the rest of our booking and move cause of the loo-rain situation.

We stayed at the Bamboo Bungalos for 2 nights. The place is very nice surrounded many trees and some of the bungalos are located on the river . The bungalos are very clean. Have air condition, kittle, 3 in 1 coffee, clean towel, soap, tooth brush, comb are also supplied. The stuff speak very good english and is very friendly. Extra charge brekfast is served in the restaurant witch is located on the river. The location of the Bamboo Bungalos is a bit insulated and far from the center and they are not so many tuk tuk passing through . You can book a tour in the erea in the Bamboo's recepion. In spite of all, we enjoyed our stay in Bamboo bungalos very much.

Hi Guys. Our opinion this Place is under average. The blankets and even the towels were dirty. We asked for new ones, they gave it to us. The floor in our room was also dirty. The AC in our room smelled very muddy. The main hall were the reception is located was very dirty, you wil have a great view ob the river. A rat was running across the bar, we saw them in a lot of places in Kampot. We didn' t try the breakfast. A tuktuk costs 2 $ to the center. Staff is friendly in this place but we won't come again!
