Nice stay at Marshals Creek Rest motel. Nice and clean bathroom and room, comfortable beds. About a block from noisy city and you couldn’t hear a noice while in the room. Excellent location, all attractions within walking distance. Highly recommend it.

Room tip: Not many places for breakfast without making a huge line. No breakfast at the motel

We stayed here one night while visiting the Smokies. It is a small motel. Great location, it's within walking distance to the main road for restaurants and shopping. The room was a bit small but was clean and comfortable. It has a small pool out front. Price was very good compared to the price of all the other motels nearby. Good value. Service was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Don’t pass up an opportunity to stay in this quaint little motel! It is within very close walking distance to Anakeesta and the Sky Bridge, which means it is also close to the main strip. There seems to be only 18-20 rooms so it likely fills up fast during peak seasons. There are sidewalks from the motel to the main strip. The only down side is if you happen to be traveling with multiple families in one room with multiple cars you only have one parking spot.

Our room (18) had two Queen or full beds, fridge, microwave, coffee, and heat/AC. The room wasn’t large, but we didn’t really plan on being in the room except to sleep. The owners were pleasant and helpful. If you use Waze to get here you may drive right by like we did so be on the lookout when you get close.

We would and likely will stay here again!

Room tip: Only designated one spot per room, but it’s right at your room. There are paid parking lots very close by once you check out or if you have

What a gem! We have walked past this place on numerous occasions while in Gatlinburgh, always noticing the No Vacancy sign. Planned early this year and decided to give it a shot. Very clean and homey room. Lots of pine for a cabin feel. Comfy bed and nice TV. Bathroom is small but clean. Mini fridge and microwave. Couldn't ask for a more convenient location to walk to the strip. Off season for the pool but it looked nice. Rocking chairs outside room are a nice touch. Ice available. We made a reservation for next year on the way out!

Room tip: Numbered parking space outside your door

If you want family atmosphere with exceptionally clean rooms this is the place. Your room has a refrigerator, microwave and great TV. It is a "cabin" and wonderful. There are rocking chairs outside of every room and people just sit out and talk. We met some that have been coming to this place for years. The location is perfect - you can walk to everything in Gatlinburg but far enough away to be quiet. The owners come out and talk sometimes at night -- they are super nice. I will definitely stay here again!!

Room tip: Double bed rooms are great!
