Upon arrival, we were seated immediately by a comical gentleman. We started with the artichoke crab appetizer. I was a bit shocked when it was delivered on a small plate with 4 packs of town crackers (2 crackers in each pack). The dip was excellent, but the town crackers kinda killed it. This dip needed pita chips or some sort of bread. Plus, 8 crackers for 5 people didn’t go far. My faith was soon restored by the pizza. It was probably the best pizza we’ve ever had and we’ve eaten a ton of pizza. The crust literally just melts in your mouth. So, if you’re getting pizza, this is the place to go!

When we arrived on the evening of April 2, 2018, there were five groups in line ahead of us. We waited for 35 minutes and then a guy with a gray mustache and a hat (who had been talking to an exiting customer the entire time we'd been waiting) began to seat those waiting-- and seated us all in succession.

We ordered one medium pepperoni pizza, two soft drinks, two waters, and two ravioli dinners.

After 30 minutes, someone other than our waitress brought the two salads that came with our kids' ravioli orders, but not the garlic knots that also came with each meal. The salads large and contained iceberg lettuce, mushrooms, tomatoes, olives, onions, and more. The kids enjoyed their salads and were very hungry.

After 45 minutes what appeared to be a large pizza was delivered to our table. It was a thin-crust pizza with the most cheese I've ever had on a thin crust pizza.

After 50 minutes we still hadn't seen our waitress again, so my wife walked to the back of the restaurant where she was seated, talking to other employees. When my wife asked about the two ravioli orders and garlic knots, she replied, "Oh no, I completely forgot about those."

After and hour and fifteen minutes, my wife again walked back to where the servers were congregating and asked how much longer the ravioli and garlic knots would be, because our kids could just eat the rest of our cold pizza if it was going to be a lot longer. Our server replied, "two minutes."

After an hour and thirty five minutes, our server came to our table for the second time of the evening, she quickly delivered two orders of ravioli and returned to the back of the restaurant. She never returned with our garlic knots, she never refilled any of our drinks, and the pasta in the ravioli she brought was mostly uncooked.

After two hours my wife went back to the back of the restaurant to ask for our bill. We'd ordered one medium pepperoni pizza, two soft drinks, two waters, and two ravioli dinners. We were charged for a large pepperoni pizza, four soft drinks, and two ravioli dinners with salad and garlic rolls. We never did receive the garlic rolls.

The restaurant wasn't overly busy. There were seven to ten empty tables in each section of the restaurant. We paid the bill and tipped the wait staff, but we will never, ever return.

The food was delicious once we actually got it. Go in to this experience knowing it may be slow. But the meat pasta shells and cheese ravioli were really good!!

This is our second trip to Gatlinburg and both time we ate dinner here and both times the food was fantastic! Great pizza, wonderful chicken parm, and everyone loves the garlic rolls. We went during dinner rush so the service was a bit slow and the waitress was really having a hard time keeping up with all her tables but she was very kind and tried her best. We enjoy the food so much thought that having a bit of rough service was OK with us.
