We stayed 3 nights at Glacier Bay lodge prior to going fishing.
This is a rustic lodge with no TV's, internet only in lobby.
The rooms are cozy we had one that overlooked the bay. The scenery is beautiful.
They have only 1 place to eat and prices reflect Alaska and that everything is flown in.
We were treated very well, the staff very friendly.
Plan to do the cruise to Marguerite glacier and then we hired a local driver to take us around the town-this was so much fun we saw many out of the way places and had some great local food
