Thank you for your recent stay at the Hampton Inn Brooklyn Downtown. We are happy to hear you enjoyed our complimentary breakfast, as well as our restaurant partner's offerings. As it pertains to the water bottles, while providing complimentary water is not a brand standard, we will at times provide a complimentary bottle to a parched traveler should they inquire with our friendly Front Office Team; they always try to do everything they can to ensure guest satisfaction. That being said, I am very apologetic that you heard negative comments from our team about the fervency in which we were extending this good-hearted amenity, and that this left you with a negative impression.
