The hotel was perfect. The staff were very friendly and approachable. The room was clean and anytime we needed anything, be it a toothbrush or a recommendation for a pizza joint, the staff were there to help. The staff connected us with a flat rate taxi driver who took us to the airport and they even gave my son a new PAWpatrol toy when they saw he was wearing their hat. Staff seemed to make it a point to connect to the customers through small talk and it made the time there very enjoyable. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the subway system and close to shopping malls so it was a very convenient location. To top it off they have free breakfast until 10! It was definitely a good choice to stay here.

The rooms are nice and the staff is excellent. The location is central to whatever your needs are. Parking is handled by a separate company located behind the property and is somewhat expensive. The cookies are great!

Traveled to Brooklyn for my wife's birthday. Not only did they acknowledge it on check-in, but they brought birthday cake to our room. Impressive. Location was great and breakfast was very good. Would stay here again.

Quality of Sleep was good but there were several wedding parties in the hotel that kept getting the rooms of their friends mixed up with ours and would knock on our door regularly by accident. Rooms are small, but this is New York.

Staff were excellent especially the bell staff. There was loud clanging we could hear on the 10th floor from work being done to the street/sidewalk and the edge of the property. Besides that it was a great stay
