I had a great experience here. Wonderful staff, very accommodating. They let me have a late checkout. Complimentary breakfast had good variety. Lobby was nice. Room in new tower was very spacious and clean. Enjoyed my stay overall!!

I booked this hotel on the basis of the previous favourable comments about the good service. And so it proved! Wonderful staff who went out of their way to help, not just once but all the time. Clean, decent sized room, walk in shower and even a fact sheet with a list of local restaurants. Try the Mexican up the road. It was top quality

Really good staff - very friendly. They serve fresh NY bagels for breakfast...that was an amazing treat. My kids were so happy wit hthe experience and with the friendliness of the staff. Will definitely come back. Location was super convenient as well

We arrived close to 11p on a thirsday. Brian at the desk was very helpful accommodating any need and helped us to find a quick bite before the restaurants closed. During the entire stay there was nothing really to complain about. Rooms are not huge but big, clean, TVs are great and the view of our room was amazing.
We had the chance to grab 2times their breakfast and it was good. But at the end we were in NYC also to divorce the city so we went out quite a lot. The location is great if you want to discover Brooklyn and Williamsburg. There metro lines very close but in January it was freezing so we ended up taking more the cabs. The only reason why I would not get back to the hotel is because I like to expierence different kind of hotels. But price value I think it close to unbeatable.

This is my good-to hotel in Brooklyn, they have been talking about the new wing for months now. Well it finally opened and it is fine, just the same as the original wing, but new. So beds are super comfy, as they are brand new. View is not is good as the old wing. I think I like the old wing best after trying both. Staff is friendly, helpful and really go out of their way to make you stay pleasant. Lots of people at breakfast, but they added more tables, and there is always room. The breakfast ladies are always welcoming.
