This is my first time staying in downtown Brooklyn. The hotel is in the center of everything. I stayed on the 14th floor which has an awesome view of Brooklyn and the Manhattan Bridge. The room was great. I loved the shower.I didn't have a chance to try breakfast, I hope to try it next time.

I had made a reservation for me and my bridal party 6 month prior to the stay. Because it was so much in advance i had call ed an confirmed my stay one month in and also asked if I could pay with a different card. Once there I was told that my room was cancelled because the card that I had booked the hotel with was no longer valid. Getting married the next day I of course freaked out a little bit but was told that it was my fault. However after a long discussion I was told that they could make a new reservation to the same or lower price. Great. but why couldn't they have told me this immediately and saved me the drama before my wedding day? Additionally, our room had a door to another room that could be used if 2 groups was staying together. however this door was not very soundproof and let through everything. In the evening when we got back from the rehearsal dinner at 10:30 - we immediately made our self ready for bed took a few pictures - before 11 pm however we had a call saying that we had a noise complaint. Ridiculous! These incidents caused me a lot of stress the night before my wedding but beside from that everything was ok. Room was fairly small and the hotel overall feels a little bit outdated. Good breakfast included in the price though

Thank you for taking the time to fill out a survey. I am sorry for the stress you had on the day before your wedding. We did attempt to contact you several times, over phone and email, to resolve the issue with your credit card prior to your arrival, but received no response. After your arrival, we also did look up both rates for you, to determine which would be the best deal for you as a courtesy and gave you the lower rate. We hope this explanation of hotel policies helps.

This is a very modern hotel with everything we needed when visiting Brooklyn. Stores, restaurants and subway within a few minuites walking and close to Brooklyn bridge. Lovely and caring staff! We enjoyed the breakfast that had everything including fresh fruit, wafels and bagels.

The room was very nice. The parking was very convent. The breakfast was perfect. The bacon was probably the best I have ever had. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that was going to visit New York.

Excellent rooms, clean, great team, fast wifi internet in rooms and entire property, fresh coffee, tea all day night free in lobby, the only negative they don't have an ATM machine on premise. the best room is the balcony, if it's available.

I have booked this place through tripadvisor, and I did not notice that the parking is not included. The place is very good, clean, and the stuff is friendly. The breakfast was also good. As I said the parking was my issue ($33). One more information is that for booking an extra day they increased the rate by $100. We switched to a different hotel.
