Front desk staff courteous and efficient, especially Miss Kia who checked me in. The room was not ready at 3 p.m. (15 hours) and she kept apologizing and giving me the latest details. It was ready in 20 minutes.

Corner room 1407 with terrace. The room is not too spacious but it is not cramped either. Very clean. It has a small refrigerator, heavenly bed and pillows, coffee maker, desk, fluffy towels; bathroom is a good size. Complimentary wi-fi and breakfast.

Subway is a short walk from the hotel.

Very neat and clean hotel. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Free internet. Very comfortable beds. Location made for easy access to subway and therefore easy access to Manhattan and downtown Brooklyn

Were do I start? Look no further and book your stay. This is the nicest Hampton Inn ever. It is equivalent to a high-end Hilton or Marriott. We stayed here for 7 nights. The staff take care of you. We stayed on the 2nd floor and the urban noise was not an issue. The breakfast is top notch every morning. Super easy access to the subway for travelling anywhere in the city. We will always stay here.
