This hotel is in the perfect spot to see all of historic Savannah. Perfectly located so that all you need to get around are your own two feet. The staff here are so friendly and will recommend all sorts of places to see and eat at. Try this hotel and you will not be sorry..

My stay at the Holiday Inn in Historic Savannah was been absolutely awesome. I was greeted by Joanta, who was just as sweet as a Georgia peach. The service she provided was excellent. You should definitely promote her!

Excellent service and location. Secure parking service. Close to trolley stop which provided access to all historic area sights. Great dinning options within walking distance. The pool is well maintained. Very nice breakfast service.

Room Tip: Ask for upper floor for a quiet room

Very nice, close to the water front with great restaurants. Down side there was a used bar of soap on the tub. Front desk staff professional and welcoming. Fast food breakfast options with scrambled eggs in little squares was not appealing.
Two costumed staff dressed in period clothing circulated around the breakfast room. Nice touch with informative information.

Visited with my daughter in law, daughter and granddaughter for Mother's Day weekend. Hotel is beautiful and conveniently located in the Historic District. Hotel only offers valet parking for $29 a day (no self parking) but it's not a bad deal for the location and you don't have to worry about finding street parking when you venture out to tour the city. Everyone at the hotel was outgoing and friendly from the valets to the housekeepers to the front desk staff. Room was comfortable, close to the elevator and mostly quiet except for some noisy guests next door. It didn't interfere with our sleep, though...they just seemed to be throwing things at the wall! There was not a hair dryer in our room and the front desk took care of it immediately. The valets were beyond patient and quickly accommodated us when we left my granddaughter's stroller in the car. They retrieved it quickly so we could be on our way to see the sights. Great hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Savannah historic district.
