Great value, staff was friendly, supportive and helpful. Hotel is very clean and nice, would stay there again. Breakfast and atmosphere is very nice. Everyone was very accommodating and did what they could to make our stay memorable.

Its going to be hard to write two hundred characters as this is a truly soul-less hotel. I guess it was convenient, but surrounded by construction and in a not very safe area (not sure anywhere in Baltimore is!). Also it was overpriced, considering I paid about 25% less for our hotel in central DC which was excellent. The staff were great and highly efficient I have to say.

Room Tip: maybe high up looking over the bay would be OK

We stayed one night for an appointment we had the next day at Johns Hopkins Hospital. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had no trouble checking in. Our room was clean & comfortable. The mattress was in great shape & we had a good nights sleep. They have an indoor pool on the third floor and free breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately our stay was rather short & we needed to be at the hospital by 5:30am so we couldn’t take advantage of those amenities.
I would definitely come back and stay here again. It’s only 5 min from Johns Hopkins Hospital. We self parked in the Eden St garage. It only cost $4 per day on the weekends and you need to be out by 7am on Monday morning. All other days there is a $14max for 24hrs. Not a bad deal in the city. Just be sure to take your parking ticket with you if you need to leave before the staff arrive. You need to swipe it at the entrance door to gain access to the garage & then the steel gates open when you pay to get out.

Great Inner Harbor alternative approximately 15 minute walk to Inner Harbor attractions at a better price. Typical Hyatt hospitality, care, treatment and amenities. Good alternative in area for business at a better price.

Seated a block away from Italian Village and few blocks away from the Harbor, this is central location to everything. The hotel is close to many restaurants, Whole Foods, wine store, and CVS for those last minute needs.

Hotel is very clean and cozy. The shades are dark and the AC is cool that allows for wonderful sleep-in mornings.

Love the huge walk in shower and gym facility. I do wish they had an outdoor pool.

Room Tip: Most rooms have windows facing outside. May not be able to view the harbor unless 3rd floor or higher.
