Zero service. Waited in line for 20 minutes to get a mediocre sandwich. The staff that is working is very kind and pleasant

Great food and beer and a wonderful, relaxed vibe that makes it a perfect stop as part of a road trip or a dining destination on its own. Make sure to get the oyster shooters and a fish sandwich if you can!
Beer was average but the food…..WOW!
My wife and I shared the clam chowder and the salmon BLT.
Clam chowder the some of the best I’ve ever eaten!
The generous portion of wild salmon was cooked perfectly and the blt sandwich was great.
I was shocked to see not everyone in this busy establishment didn’t have clam chowder on their table…..did I mention how good it was?
Would highly recommend and return again
After scouring through TripAdvisor to find a good place for beer and food, I found this place. Also, a friend of mine had been here several times before and was with me on this trip as well so we just had to stop in. We had a large group and staff, very willing to accommodate our large group but also warned us that another large group is coming in so there is a timetable. Challenge accepted. I ended up getting the Czech Pilsner, the Pacific Pale Ale as well as the Hazability IPA. For food for food the Salmon BLT was calling my name, and what a good choice. Ended up leaving as the owner of a Buoy Beer Company hat! If I ever get a chance to come back to the area this will be on the "must do" list.
Let me tell you this place has the BEST rock fish and chips in town!!! Hands down! The fish was crispy, not oily at all. The frys were nice and cooked to perfection. I love their tartar sauce too!!! The staff was very courteous and we got our food in a very short time. I love the system of picking your seat, ordering your food at the counter, they give you a number and bring your food out when it’s ready. Very efficient system. We will definitely visit here whenever we are back in Astoria. So far
my favorite place to dine. Oooo and the clam chowder is the best I’ve had here so far.
