It may not look like much but this place has some of the best seafood in town. Right on the water where you can watch the big container vessels go out to sea (or come in).

Prices are about what you'd expect--not too high not super-cheap.

Check out the wooden ship collection inside.

Definitely worth it.

I have never had a bad meal at Singletons. My husband and I go about once a month. The drinks from the bar are very well made and the amount of food and the quality of food can’t be beat. Scallops are sweet , oysters are big and the variety of fresh fish is the best around. Wait staff is friendly and efficient. Skip Safe Harbor and go for the best....Singletons.

I have been coming here for over 25 yrs. and still the best seafood anywhere. Sit outside and watch the shrimp boats leave or come in or just watch the Pelicans.
Great place.

.Went for lunch. It was a little late in the afternoon and there were only two other tables being used. Thunder was rumbling in the distance ,so we ate on the enclosed porch, close to the shrimp boat and water.Waitress came quickly to take our order. Our food was before us in a snap. My catfish was crispy, flaky , hot and in need of seasoning. The side dish of black beans and rice blossomed with the addition of hot sauce. My husband had a generous potion of dry mahi mahi.....he said it was like eating fish flavored leather..Worth giving this place a try because our experience might not be what is usual. What is usual is the grimy floors, tables etc. I have never eaten in such an unclean restaurant.

They were busy but we felt well attended to. Nice spot for seafood - good variety - good prices. It was a stormer night so we were not able to enjoy all of the surroundings and view - but we will be going back. Worth the trip.
