While not as exciting as San Antonio's riverwalk, the riverwalk offers great views of the city. The Northbank path begins under the Fuller Warren bridge (where there is a fantastic arts market on the weekends) and offers unique places to stop along the path. Unlike the Southbank riverwalk, which is wooden and needs repair, the Northbank path is paved and weaves through the Jacksonville Landing. Friendship Fountain and the Museum of Science and History are located on the Southbank. To enjoy both, take the water taxi or walk across the Main Street Bridge.
