Six adults, one 4 yo and one infant. We went for dinner on a Friday evening. We went early and had a reservation at 5:00 and had to be out by 6:15 for another party who needed our table. Frankly I felt "under the gun" even though we know you can't linger with small children. When we mentioned this to our server, Andrea, she gave us a funny look and dismissed it. But we mentioned it more than once and she did check. The other reservation was not until 7 so we relaxed a bit. BTW Andrea was top notch, friendly and attentive to the 4 yo and all of us!
We ordered several items to share - the Scallion Hushpuppies are amazing, the Halibut Crudo was liked by most including the 4 yo, and the Roasted Cauliflower (which seems to be popping up on menus everywhere).
We enjoyed Alaskan Halibut, Grilled Sirloin, and Cajun Spiced Pork Tenderloin. I only tasted the Halibut and thought it was good but the way one of the servers raved about the risotto I thought it was going to be fabulous. The risotto was a tomato base and it was OK but definitely not the best I have had.
At almost the end of our stay the 4 yo announced that her birthday was the next day. Andrea brought her a vanilla gelato with a candle. So sweet and such a good server.
If not for Andrea our experience would not have been as good. She is exceptional!
