We choose the bed and breakfast deal that included the breakfast buffet at a small up charge. Our room was clean, fresh and in good repair. The breakfast was excellent. Many different choices and also a cook-to-order option. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Great location for touring the Gettysburg National Park. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel has a great location, close to all the National Park events.Basic hotel features were good and the pool and hot tub area were easily accessible. Although not used the breakfast area was well managed and used by several in the hotel. Staff was friendly and available to answer questions. However, the housekeeping was lacking. The maid FAILED to change the bed which had a spot on the sheets. Also, she failed to clean the room even though she dide replace the towels and clean the bathroom.

The room attendants consistently provide an exceptionally clean environment to our guests and I was very disappointed that it was not the case during your stay. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience. I know that it left to with a perception of the housekeeping team lacking, however I want to assure you that it was an isolated incident. This Hilton was absolutely spotless with lovely lobby and restaurant. The food was a cut above the competition, and service was great. I would definitely go back. Location was good for an out of downtown site.

We are both Hilton Honors and Hilton Timeshare owners. We went on a 10-day vacation to several historic battlefields and homes through Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia. Every hotel that we stayed at offered us free breakfast with our stay, save one: Hilton. We were informed that we were not entitled to breakfast as we were checking in. So, it's good to know that the tens of thousands of dollars we've spent as Hilton patrons and owners means absolutely nothing.

Other than that, it's a standard Hilton. We had double queen beds that were comfortable, clean bathroom with good toiletries, and free wi-fi. The stay was comfortable for a night.

Thank you so much for staying with us during your 10 day trip. It must have been a great experience to visit the different historic battlefields within that time. I wanted to address your concern with breakfast not being included. Since, I am basing my response on this survey alone, I do not have all the details of your actual reservation with us. My assumption is that you travel a lot and stay at the Hilton properties and your Hilton honors status might be either Gold or Diamond. Breakfast is available for both Gold and Diamond members staying at the Hilton Garden Inns. However, HGI gives you a choice or either breakfast or additional points for your day. Typically if you do not indicate the preference by going into your profile and selecting the desire option, it defaults to points. Like I mentioned, I do not have all the info to be able to determent the circumstances of why breakfast coupons were not provided to you at check in, however I will be happy to connect with you and answer any additional questions or concerns. I would not want you to leave the hotel feeing disappointed or experience the same inconvenience in the future. We value your loyalty to the brand and we also follow the loyalty program guidelines for consistence.

The accommodations where excellent. Check in early and check out late was provided without any hassle. Restaurant and Bar a bit pricey but good. I would definitely stay again. Convenience to Historical Gettysburg and New Oxford was perfect.
