“Good Ice Cream - OK Fudge.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 April 2012

I've been to Kilwin's in three different cities. The quality is very consistent. The fudge is ok/good - nothing spectacular. The ice cream is excellent - very rich and creamy. The draw to Kilwin's is the fudge and candies being made by hand on a large stone table in the front window of the store. Check the local tourist papers for coupons - Kilwin's is expensive.

“The place for fudge!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 April 2012

If you love fudge, this is the place for you. All their candies are fine but the fudge is really excellent. Want just chocolate? It's here. Pumpkin at Halloween? They will have it. Peanut Butter? Yep. Caramel? Oh, my, yes. Prices are great and if you buy two pieces, you get a third free. Diabetic? They have a nice selection of sugar-free candies. Highly recommended.

“Good Ice Cream”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 April 2012

The place was hopping when we were there but the line moved pretty quickly. The ice cream was good but a bit pricey. Still if it's hot out and you want a treat it's in an easy location and will surely hit the spot.

“The BEST Ice Cream!!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 March 2012

If they think the prices are high, go to a Maggie Moo's or Cold Stone Creamery. I don't mind paying a bit more if it's worth it. And this is DEFINITELY WORTH IT!

“Excellent Treats, but Pricey”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 November 2011

Don't miss this ice cream and treat shop while visiting Gettysburg. We always stop for the ice cream - the toasted coconut is spectacular! The superman flavor for the kids is colorful, fun and tasty! The fudge is made there as well as the carmel corn, both are great. While everything is wonderful, it can be very expensive. Choose wisely!
