This hotel is a nice place to stay. The location is great, and there are nice eateries within a short walk. They provide a breakfast, too. The beds are really comfortable, the rooms are large, and the AC really works well. We had only two complaints - the coffee is "breakfast blend" and undrinkable to those of us that like dark roast. Most places that do a breakfast, offer several coffee options, but they don't. The other complaint was the toilet paper - the hotel is trying to be environmentally conscious, which I applaud them for, but the toilet paper is the worst I've ever seen. It disintegrates on contact with moisture and leaves a lot of litter behind. If you stay here, take your own toilet paper. Other than that, it's a great hotel.

As other have reported, this hotel is in an excellent location and within walking distance of many of Philadelphia’s sights. We found the room to be spotless, well maintained, and even a good size except for the bathroom, where the toilet and tub shower were very cramped. Having the dressing area outside the bathroom was a good idea for this hotel.

The only problems we encountered during our weekend stay was in the eating area. Too many people (including many small kids) resulted in a zoo-like atmosphere in a space too small to accommodate the crowd. The wait for an elevator Sunday morning was very long. But, by Monday morning, all was calm.

The best thing we noticed and liked about this hotel was the staff. From the staff working the front desk to those in housekeeping, all were happy, outgoing, and courteous in all of our encounters. Management here must be doing something right.

We stayed 2 nights and it was a very nice place. There was a very nice large breakfast area. There was a variety of foods including hot and cold items. The rooms were clean. Didnt like that ice was on only on first and 3rd floor.

We enjoyed our short stay here on our United States trip last month. I liked the people, rooms was average - but nice though. I liked the coffee and we were able to park the car without any issue and see city.

Stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel to be in a great position. Checking was seem less and we had a room on the 14th floor which was very clean and light overlooking the pool. Wi fi did not work so went to reception who could not grt it to work. However, they said they would get an IT person to contact me, which he did via room phone within 10 minutes and sorted the problem, brilliant service.
Breakfast was very good with excellent service. Special mention for Catherine who was so pleasant and helped us with suggestions for visits.
We found all staff to be friendly and helpful. The hotel position is great for lots of the sites, 15 minutes walk to Independence Hall.
Used the pool one afternoon for a chill out in the sun.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
