The apartments was beautiful , well maintained, cleaned, perfect locations, home feel stunning view, good priced.Overall good customer service friendly staff, secure and in the middle of everything. "LOVED IT" //:-)
Down side: hot water only for one person to shower, the others must wait until it reheats. There is no PARKING!!! OMG, Parking cost a fortune and we got a ticket.//;-(
Great location and space. Only problem was fitness room was closed one of two days during my stay. Otherwise highly recommend this place
The location of the condo was terrific; we walked to the Liberty Bell/Constitution Hall (13 blocks down Chestnut St) as well as Rittenhouse Square (3 blocks). There are many restaurants and shops in the immediate area including a Target, CVS & Liquor Store. Check-in and out were fast & easy and the concierge staff was quite friendly. The condo itself was very nicely equipped. It had all the necessary items one would expect in a vacation rental as well as items not normally provided such as soap, shampoo/conditioner, & lotion in both bathrooms. The beds & bedding were comfortable but the pillows were not (such a personal preference)! Towels were soft & fluffy! I agree with a previous reviewers regarding the loud A/C due to the exposed ductwork. It didn't keep us awake but it was quite loud. We loved the roof deck of the AQ Rittenhouse. In fact, we enjoyed a take away meal one evening from El Rey (fantastic!!) which is located next door to the building. Parking was not included but was a non-issue as there were several garages and outdoor lots within a block or two. I'd highly recommend Stay Alfred for you Philly vacation needs! We'll certainly investigate booking with them for future vacations in other cities where they have properties!
Stayed for a week. Very nice and clean building, great location. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. I would stay again and would recommend the apartment for a great place to stay while in Philadelphia.
Great location near shops and restaurants, very walkable. The modern apartment had everything we needed, full kitchen, washer, dryer, even hotel amenities like coffee, microwave popcorn and shampoo and soap. The cleanliness looked as though they hurried out, a few things amiss, a bit of food in the sink, a few spots on the floor unwiped, but nothing major. One of our favorite things was the rooftop patio, a lovely spot to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine. Three of stayed in this 2 bedroom/2bath and found it plenty spacious. Overall a great place to spend a few days or a week in Philadelphia .
