We stayed here at the end of June for 3 nights. It is a great little hotel that offered parking and breakfast (served to your room). The best asset this hotel offers is its location. We parked the car for 3 nights and never used it.
The hotel room was beautiful with hard wood floor, flat screen tv, internet, and keurig machine.
We found nothing lacking; anything that was missing was quickly rectified with a call or visit to the front desk.
I would only say that they need to tighten up on little things like ensuring the coffee pods are replenished, that the ice machine is accessible to all (instead of waiting for house keeping to retrieve it) and that maid service occurs before 5 pm. My wife and I went out for the day when we returned at 4pm, the room had not been made.
The following day we alerted the front desk that we were heading out early so they could clean our room sooner then later. By the time we returned early afternoon, again the room was not made. Once the rooms were made, they were fine and proper.
That being said, we would definitely return. This hotel is too good a deal in Philadelphia. In a very colourful neighbourhood.
Street noise was not an issue at all. We slept soundly and peacefully.More
