Needs to be updated feels like it is in the 1960;s. Pool very nice. Clean and Quiet. Beds lumpy soft. The carpet needs to be cleaned. Maid service was very nice. Good parking with easy access to rooms. Nice areas for taking dog for walks and relief. More

It's a budget hotel for a reason. However, even people on budgets deserve some cleanliness, which is lacking here. I knew it was a bit sketchy when I was checking in next to a homeless dude. Tv remote wasn't working properly even after the maintenance guy tried to fix it. The hotel is in a good location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They advertised a hot breakfast but they must have been including the coffee and toaster because it was just bread, fruit and pastries. It's fine if you just need a place to sleep for a night or two.

Serious maintenance issues.
Outside of building is dirty.
Rooms need heavy cleaning of floors, woodwork.
Breakfast area messy.
Looks like LaQuinta has neglected this property.
Too bad because they have a good location.
Try the newly remodeled Amanzi hotel in similar class or splurge for Crown Plaza, Sheraton or Marriot.

Friendly staff, close to highways, hot tub was great, but shower faucet wouldn't turn off, room smelt musty, breakfast was okay kind of boring for a 3 night stay and having the same thing every morning

Location was great for my trip to Channel Islands National Park (less than a 10 minute drive to Ventura Harbor). Front desk staff were friendly and room was clean and a nice size. Property seemed to be in decent shape and the pool was nice. One note is that the breakfast was a bit lacking. Have stayed at other La Quintas recently and they had full breakfasts, including hot options, but this La Quinta was limited to some pastries. Was still nice to have a bit to eat in the morning.

I have been a guest at La Quinta many times. But for many reasons, including cleaning and staff, I do not use this hotel again. Location is fine, price uded to be fair, but it does not worth. I expect more from a Wyndham
