Apartment was spacious and a one floor walkup. Great facilities with a dining table and chairs for entertaining, outdoor terrace and a basement laundry which was very clean. Supplies of toiletries and extra sheets and towels was a nice touch. Fairways and Citerellas were two blocks away for food supplies. Abundance of local restaurants to choose from. Hudson River walkway nearby and Central Park at the other end of the street making for an easy leisurely stroll. Walk to the 1,2,3 subway and M5 bus just around the corner on Riverside Drive taking you to the bottom of Manhattan or to the top. No street noise as apartment was at the back of the complex. In 2013 we were on 72nd street and the street noise was unbearable.
The apartment needed more dishes and utensils so as not to run the dishwasher as often. TV reception was ordinary but the owner assured us that they were installing a satellite dish which would solve the problem. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore this huge city that never sleeps.
