I planned weeks in advanced to see the show. I received an email saying I had tickets. We get to NYC, rush to get to the studio only to be told that we're on a "not guaranteed list." I had proof that I had tickets but the young staff were inflexible and rude. Needless to say we didn't see the show because we didn't want to waste any more time standing in the mile-long lines. If you are planning to go see the Daily Show, make sure you get an email that says "Guaranteed Seating" on it.
