I enjoy trip planning and use Trip Advisor frequently to discover new places to dine. This time the cuisine we both decided upon was Brazilian. After looking through the restaurants and reviews in the general vicinity of Times Square we decided to try lunch in the Hells Kitchen area...A Brazilian restaurant called Rice and Beans. The restaurants interior is very tiny but nicely decorated and very intimate... The food is fabulous... I ordered the beef stew. The stew had chunks of meat, tomatoes, vegetables and savory spices in addition, black beans and sweet plantains accompanied the dish... My husband ordered beef empanadas which were huge and came with a tasty sauce... I would highly recommend this eatery. By the way, the restaurant menu was reasonably priced and that is a plus as well... Thanks Trip Advisor for a great find and a fabulous meal.
