This place is amazing. The rooms are clean, the views of the park are spectacular and the service is splendid. You really can't ask for more. Stay here!

We spent the weekend in New York and stayed at the Mandarin Oriental. The hotel staff were extremely efficient and made our stay most enjoyable. The hotel located on the upper floors of the Time Warner Center has great views. Our room had a beautiful view of the Hudson River. The lobby and restaurants have a great view of Central Park and Midtown. The room is a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and luxurious. Check in and check out were a breeze. The two nights we were there we asked the bellman to get us a taxi. Instead he put us in the house car which was offfered gratis. It was much nicer driving in a clean luxury car. Everything about the hotel was first rate.

Our first stay on the west side and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The room was large, comfortable, most important clean and the view overlooking Central Park was amazing. Definitely visit the pool and gym if you have time.

My one tip, each morning I highly recommend going down to Bouchon's in the mall area below for coffee and pastries.

Room Tip: Ask for a Central Park View.

Great location, amazing views from the room, bathroom was great. The size of the room was impressive, considering how small hotel rooms can be in Manhattan. The price was a bit steep (700 USD per night), but I guess worth it, if you want to spend a couple of days and treat yourself to something nice.
