We had an amazing stay. The staff was so friendly and genuine, I forgot I was in NYC

Only complaint I had was that rooms were very narrow - buts its expected in NY.

We stayed at this great hotel over St. Patricks Day weekend and was thoroughly impressed with what it had to offer. The location is prime as it is within steps to Times Square and is very accessible to other areas of the city, easy to get a cab outside. The room itself made me feel at home and was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in, especially in NYC. The king size bed made it difficult to get up and go in the morning, very comfortable! There's a single serve Keurig machine in each room with a few flavors to choose from. The bathroom was gorgeous and offers a large shower enclosed with glass.
Before our stay we were notified by the manager, Colin, that we might hear a lot of noise as there is a bar directly below the room we booked. Being St. Patrick's Day we figured it would be an issue but we barely even heard any noise. It wasn't an issue at all but appreciate management notifying us beforehand and giving us another option if we decided it was too loud. We're not sensitive to noise, so people who are might think of booking a room on higher floors just in case.
Overall, the great stay contributed to a wonderful weekend in NYC and will recommend to other friends staying in NYC in the future!

Room Tip: If you're sensitive to noise, request a room on the second floor or above. There is a bar direct...

We loved staying at the French Quarter. Colin and the staff are so nice and friendly. Our room was perfect and you can't beat the location We have been in the hospitably business for 24 years and tend to be a little judgmental and the French Quarter passed with flying colors. Thanks all for a great stay. Hope to come back sometime.

My teenage daughter and I stayed here for three nights. We only planned on staying for two, but we did not want to leave. Was able to get the 3rd night for the same great rate! The Hotel was very clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was a good size and really nice. The staff was exceptional. We also, were supplied with an umbrella for the rain, given directions, and any questions or need was taken care of. Continental breakfast was good and I was able to bring up to my room,as my daughter and I are not morning people. I loved the Keurig coffee maker in the room! Also, after we had checked out and were already at the station to board our bus home, my daughter realized she had left her phone in the nightstand drawer. I called and they mailed it to us right away! I would stay here again and would recommend !

So comfortable you have to make yourself go out into the city. Walking distance to Broadway and Time Square.
Beautiful apartments. Will stay there every time .
