Good location nice rooms and people were great. Very quiet on Saturday night with no bar service. The bed was comfortable. Skee ball in lobby bar was fun as was the whole decor but I guess with covid no one was there to justify a dj playing or drinks being served.

Had an extremely easy check in. Rooms were what we’d expect for NYC downtown. From the time of arrival downstairs to the time we left. Service was incredible! Huge thanks to everyone at the Moxy downtown that made it a great stay
The Moxy brand seems to be an attempt my Marriott to remain relevant in a changing world and they have failed! Clearly someone put a fancy marketing person in charge at some point.
We spent a significant amount of points to stay here for 8 nights and we were utterly disappointed.
The room is tiny. No room to swing a cat let alone place any personal items. The room is appropriate for a short stay but not 8 nights.
The hotel amenities don’t exist. From the morning coffee always being out to breakfast consisting of some sliced fruit!
The bar and restaurant was closed and looked like it had been for a while.
The self service snack and drink area looked like it had not been restocked in months!
We are three nights in and not once has our room been serviced.
For the hotel to be considered in the same category as a full serviced Marriott is a joke.
Omg...I really loved my stay at the Moxy Hotel....friendly ..Great service...staff was like family...roos was very clean...I fell in love with my shower and my gift basket was amazing...This will be my private get away...Thank you Moxy family for making my birthday special..... Rosantat Mckinnon
We stayed at Moxy NYC Downtown for 7 nights in July 2019. It was relatively new back then. The room was very small and not functional well for us. During the first night we had problem with loud noise from the AC, they finally gave in and switched us after midnight.
Room - Tiny and fungy. Not functional well for us.
Service - Terrible reception they were indifferent but great and friendly doorman

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted and treated like one of the gang, the staff was very approachable which made the stay in a large unfamiliar city much more comfortable. Megan D. provided top notch service and went above and beyond our expectations! The Moxy definitely has a fun and playful vibe, I loved this combined with the modern and distinct decor all the while being impeccably clean.
