Scott is truly a great guide. Not only does he cover the food itself but I learned the economics behind why Chicago has deep dishes, why the pedestrian nature of NY created "by the slice" and heard a variety of pizza songs. Yes - all of these things relate to pizza, but he gets into so many other things relating to the science, culture, heritage and history that it is well worth the money. Easily the best time I had in NY, hands down.
