Not sure why reviewers would think this iconic New York spot would be anything less than crowded at any given point in time but whatever, come here expecting to deal with crowds...it is Rocefeller Center after all! Not that I've gotten that out of the way, it is an ABSOLUTELY beautiful area. It's the kind of place that you get goosebumps when visiting because you've seen it in movies, heard about it, read about it, and have looked up pictures of it. It really is somewhat magical and adds to the grand scale that is New York City. Come during the winter time for a truly amazing experience. Between the tree, the lights, and the ice skating rink you will be blown away.
