My big complaint about this place is the apparent lack of communication with guests. We found it and drove into what we assumed was the entrance. We felt the need to ask the woman who took our TEN DOLLAR parking fee what to do next. She actually told us to park , walk to the flag and wait on a bus. No!!! There was no one waiting by the flag. When we parked we noticed a place to buy tickets so we did. Then we saw a bunch of lines. We asked someone what they were in line for. They said to get into the space center ! So we got in a line. It was all very confusing and we still had not seen one sign or had one person tell us what to do. We finally get through the gates. And there is what appears to be the space museum. We have arrived without a bus. I asked a man who looked official about a bus? He told us which direction to go. It turned out that there is a bus tour that takes you out to the actual space center. You can drive by the launch pads etc. It took FOREVER to get on a bus. The tour was fairly boring and our driver was hard to understand. Then we are dropped off at a building with closed doors and the entire bus is just standing there. NO communication again. The doors finally open and we are in a room where there is going to be a video. It was pretty good. You have probably heard enough. My theme is I just cannot believe there weren’t people standing around telling you what is going on. The main part of the museum was very interesting but we weren’t able to see everything. I felt the $50 entrance fee was a bit steep since I assume it’s funded by us?
